With a lifelong passion for building—from childhood birdhouses to fine-tuned custom woodworking—Kaylan’s skills in construction, math, and problem-solving make him an indispensable part of the process. He’s not just working behind the scenes—he’s on-site, hands-on, and committed to ensuring every piece is as functional as it is beautiful. Together, Kendall and Kaylan form a dynamic duo dedicated to creating spaces that are not only thoughtfully designed but built to last.
Meet Kendall: The Eyes & Ears Behind It All
With a bachelor's degree in Interior Design and Architectural Studies from Salem College, Kendall Sharpe combines formal education, hands-on experience, and a deep passion for design to bring timeless spaces to life. From internships with custom home builders and lighting companies to the historic Korner’s Folly in Kernersville, Kendall’s background is rooted in both creativity and craftsmanship.
In 2020, after an unexpected career shift and with her husband’s encouragement, she launched her own design business—transforming a garage startup into a thriving interior design and remodeling company serving the Triad. Kendall has a special love for the color blue, vintage pieces, and meaningful design that reflects her clients' stories. As a mom, animal lover, and resilient entrepreneur, she brings warmth, determination, and vision to every project she touches.

Kaylan Sharpe has always been drawn to creating. As a kid, he was constantly making things—whether it was sketching, building models, or experimenting with materials—his hands were always busy. That early love for art and craftsmanship grew into a passion for custom woodworking and remodeling. With a strong foundation in mathematics, construction, and problem-solving, Kaylan plays a critical role at Kendall Sharpe Designs, ensuring every project is executed with precision, durability, and care.
But Kaylan isn’t just behind the scenes—he’s in the heart of the action. Whether crafting custom furniture, remodeling spaces, or perfecting the fine details of an installation, his expertise adds structure, function, and finesse to every project.
